About Jeneral Web Consulting.

Jennifer Rader spent fifteen years in a web-services organization, progressing through Integration Specialist, Project Manager, Operations Director, and General Manager roles. That path covered the technical detail of integrations, the discipline of delivering projects, and the responsibility of running an operation—budgets, staffing, client relationships, and the tradeoffs between them.

She left that company in October 2025 and formed Jeneral Web Consulting shortly afterward. The practice began serving clients through relationships, referrals, and word of mouth, and it is built around three commitments: direct communication, practical delivery, and systems that hold up over time.

Working with Jeneral Web Consulting means working with Jennifer. There is no account layer between the conversation and the work.

Outside of client work, Jennifer is active in the dressage and sport-horse community. In 2026 she served as dressage coordinator for a number of Arabian and Morgan horse shows, and she is interested in coordinating more events in the 2027 season. That experience led directly to Dressage Scheduler Pro, a scheduling application currently in beta.

The equestrian work is not a side note—it is where the same instincts apply: organized information, calm coordination, and tools that respect the people using them.
